The CLE committee of the Tanganyika Law Society
has organized a half-day CLE Seminar on “Mortgage Financing” to be held in Moshi Friday,
15th March, 2013 from 0830HRS to 1300HRS
at Kilimanjaro Crane Hotel.
The seminar resource person

Hawa Sinare(Advocate and Partner at Rex Attorneys). Please find

be informed that this CLE seminar will strictly require pre registration.
You will

or you may pre-register via telephone at 022 2664254 / 0779 626284 not
later than Thursday, 14th March, 2013 at 1300pm.
Please
note that only members who pre-register for this seminar by either calling the
TLS office or sending an e-mail will be allowed to enter in the seminar
room. Pre registered members MUST also deposit a participation fee – in
advance of the seminar - using either of the following options:
1.
Bank
Deposit
– pay Fifty Thousand Tanzanian Shillings (TZS 50,000) into the
“Tanganyika Law Society” CRDB Bank Account number 01J1042977600; OR
2.
Vodacom
M-PESA – Call
*150*00# to access the M-PESA menu and use the attached instructions to
send your TZS 50,600 payment. TZS 600
being the transfer service charge. Kindly note that the
transfer should be made to the TLS through the TLS business Number 400400
and that your transfer reference number should be your Roll number as
provided as per the attached Final Reconciled Roll of Advocates. It is also
important to note that if you use the M-PESA service, you are required to send
TZS 50,600/= NOT TZS 50,000/= .
Proof
of payment must be shown to the seminar administrator during
registration either by way of a bank deposit slip or your M-PESA payment
confirmation message.
NB/ Only pre-registered members may
attend the seminar. To discourage late payment by pre-registered members,
a 20% surcharge on the seminar fee shall be applied to all late payments
amounting to TZS 10,000, making total payment of TZS 60,000.
